No the cap gaining perk isn’t worth it, neither is the ammo perk really. It almost doubles its value for 5 caps worth of FF. On my lvl 20 survival char I’m playing right now, I need those caps to build trade emporiums which cost caps each at least for weapons and armor. I’ve read about people crafting and selling jet, because all you need is fertilizer which you get from Brahmins in your settlements , or purified water by making an empty settlement and filling it up with purifiers
